Col. Billy Bibit RAM is a 1994 biographical action film directed by William Mayo. The film stars Rommel Padilla as Colonel Billy Bibit, the film tells his days as a young officer and one of the military personel who led a series of attempted coups against former President of the Philippines Corazon Aquino during the 1980s.
