Brad Renfro was an American actor who made his acting debut at the age of twelve in the movie version of John Grisham's ''[[The Client]]''. He went to star in ''[[Sleepers]]'' and ''Apt Pupil''. Like many young stars, however, he struggled with substance abuse, and he died of a heroin overdose at the age of only 25.
