Colt Delta HBAR

Police snipers are seen using Colt Delta HBAR rifles fitted with scopes and bipods near the end of the film. The Colt Delta HBAR is a Colt M16A2 with a Tasco 3-9 power optic mounted on top of the carry handle via an A.R.M.S. carry handle adapter and a special Colt cheek riser that allowed the charging handle to be pulled all the way back.
