Assault on Precinct 13 (2005)

Assault on Precinct 13 is the 2005 remake of the 1976 John Carpenter thriller. The remake was directed by Jean-François Richet and changes the setting from Los Angeles to Detroit.

Rifles

SIG SG 552

One of the weapons in which Marcus Duvall's men use are heavily customized SIG SG 552. These 552s have Aimpoint M68 red dot sights, suppressors, red lasers, flashlights, and forward rail grips. Sgt. Jake Roenick (Ethan Hawke), Marion Bishop (Laurence Fishburne), and Beck (John Leguizamo) all are seen using this rifle.

Handguns

Beretta 92FS

The Beretta 92FS is used by several characters in the film including Roenick, Sgt. Jasper O'Shea (Brian Dennehy), Iris Ferry (Drea De Matteo) Capt. Marcus Duvall (Gabriel Byrne) and Dr. Alex Sabian (Maria Bello). It's also used by the corrections officers as well as Bishop (Laurence Fishburne). It appears to be the standard issue sidearm of the Detroit Police Department in the film.
