Appointment with Danger is an American 1950 film noir directed by Lewis Allen and starring Alan Ladd as US postal inspector Al Goddard who investigates the murder of fellow postal inspector in Gary, Indiana. During the investigation, Goddard finds the witness of the crime, nun Sister Augustine (Phyllis Calvert), and protects her when she is targeted by the killers.
