Alpha Protocol is an Espionage RPG from SEGA
Pistols
Glock 17
Also known as Rittergroupen Rapier which is a permanently silent pistol without need for a suppressor. it comes in woodland camofluage just like the Samael Typhoon.

This was one of the first shotguns announced.

This shotgun will have a stock from the newer M4 model.
Unknown Shotgun
another shotgun is a bizarre combination of an AK style weapon without the magazine and a shotgun barrel and pump action mechanism, the "Hamilton" series is as of yet unidentified.
The Hamilton shotgun seems like it is based off the Ukrainian Fort 500 shotgun.
