AGS-17 "Plamya" on tripod - 30x29mm

The AGS-17 Plamya (Russian: Пламя, Flame) is a Soviet automatic grenade launcher, developed in the late 1960s by KBP Instrument Design Bureau and in wide use today. It is designed to be used in an infantry support role, either mounted on a tripod or on vehicles.

The AGS-30 is the upgraded version of the AGS-17. It is significantly lighter than its predecessor at 16 kg (35.2 lbs) and has an upgraded blowback action. It has been in service since 1995.
