Malcolm used a Taurus 85 with a special bronze frame.
LeMat Revolver
Jayne's main handgun is a futuristically modified single-action LeMat Revolver
Astra 400
An Alliance Spy that comes onto Serenity carries an Astra 400.
SIG-Sauer P220 Sport
An Alliance spy who comes onto the ship steels from Simon's room, a P220 Sport, which is used to threaten both Kaylee and River. Jayne either has an identical pistol in his room or kept it from the Alliance lawman from the first episode.
Vektor CP1
An Alliance spy who comes onto the ship steals from Simon's room, a Vektor CP1, which as later used by Simon to threaten the spy.
Wildey Magnum
Seen in the hands of one of Badger's men and also in the hands of an angry drunk at a bar Mal decided to start a fight in.
1911
Badger's type writer who apparently is typing the conversation in the room had a stainless M1911A1 when the room became heated.

Walther PPK
An ornate, gold-plated Walther PPK is seen in a box owned by Nandi in Heart of God. Nandi called it the "Chaplin".
Desert Eagle
Apparently River, mysteriously gotten herself one of these huge handguns, fully loaded and safety off, but no round chambered as Mal had confirmed, but still can be dangerous. It was never fully explained how she did it.
Ruger Mk II Pistol
Used by Inara in the episode Trash, only when YoSaffBridge is rifling through the trash for the Lasiter, which Inara has. Malcom was also seen preparing one in Heart of Gold.
Colt King Cobra
Alan Tudyk said in the commentairy to War Stories that it was a Colt King Cobra revolver.

A reverse two tone Beretta was seen in the hands of an Alliance officer in Bushwacked.

In the battle of Serenity Valley, The 'Browncoats' carry G36Ks
L85A1
During the battle of Serenity Valley, and across the episodes, such as 'The Train Job' the Alliance Soldiers Carry L85A1/SA80s. A few are also seen in the hands of Browncoats in war sequences, most notably Bendis in the Serenity Valley scene.
Rossi 92 Sawed off "Mare's Leg" rifle
A Rossi 92 sawed off rifle is used by Zoe, similar to the Mare's Leg used by Steve Mcqueen in Wanted: Dead or Alive.
Blaser 93 sniper rifle
Used by a Sniper in the meeting on Whitefall, Jayne later knocks out said sniper and uses the rifle against Patience's group. They were also seen use by a squad of men that took Mal and Wash in "War Stories".
AKMSU
Seen in the Episode Heart of Gold By one of Burgess' soldiers.

Seen in the hands of a guard in Badger's office. An M203 is attached to it.

Carried by Burgess's horseback riding henchmen in episode "Heart of Gold", It has a slanted muzzle brake,

Seen in the hands of Browncoats during the war.
FAMAS
Seen in the hands of Malcom during the battle of Serenity valley. He then drops it and picks up a G36K to capture a AA gun. Zoe in a scene also carried a FAMAS but it changed to a G36K when she started shooting.
Lever-Action Rifles
A multitude of unknown Lever-Action rifles are seen used by almost everyone at the whorehouse in Heart of Gold.

Seen being used in Niska's skyplex by a guard when Zoe first gets on.

Shotguns
Callahan Fullbore Autolock Vera
A Modified Izhmash Saiga-12 shotgun used by Jayne. The weapon was built by Gunsmiths Larry Zanoff and the late Jim Boland for the movie Showtime then used on Firefly it is capable of folding into compact form and still fire. Technically it's a shotgun, but in the show, it is a rifle that fires big bullets.
It could just be me but Vera appears to fire the same rounds as the single barreled weapon Jayne loads up in the pilot episode.
Double Barrel shotgun
Benelli M3 Super 90
Patience was seen using this shotgun. Apparently without the stock and no sights at all. The barrel is also cut down.
Ithaca 37
A rather famous Stainless Ithaca 37 without a stock is seen in Jayne's Armory
Machineguns
Dual Browning M2 Machine Gun
During the Battle of Serenity, Mal was seen using Dual Browning M2 50 caliber machine guns mocked up as DShK machine guns against an Alliance fighter.
M60
Mounted on a hover craft in the episode "Heart of Gold".

Unknown Grenade launcher
Jayne was seen loading a round into this launcher.
I always thought it was meant to be a double barrels shotgun loaded with customs slugs.
- Well as you can see plainly, it is a single barrel and those shells are too big to be "custom slugs" They look more like either grenade rounds or cannon round. Excalibur01 05:37, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
I just put the DVd in and you are right it is a single barreled weapon, I am sorry.
