John Casey (Adam Baldwin) continues to use a customized SIG-Sauer P226 Tac Ops as his sidearm. The pistol is fitted with an Elite slide with front cocking serrations, TRUGLO Tritium Fiber Optic front sight, and extended Magwell grips on a 20 round magazine. The pistol also has nickel accents, and nitron finish of the slide removed from the raised portions of the cocking serrations replaced with the nickel accents.
In a continuity error in "Chuck Versus the Kept Man" (S4E09), Casey's Tac Ops becomes a Non-gun painted to resemble it. In "Chuck Versus the Frosted Tips" (S5E03) Morgan's sidearm is a duo-tone SIG-Sauer Non-gun.
Several SIG-Sauer P226 pistols are seen in "Chuck Versus The Santa Suit" (S4E07), notably held by CIA security and Shaw (Brandon Routh). Sarah's old CIA handler Ryker (Tim DeKay) uses a P226 during a mission in Budapest with Sarah 5 years ago, as seen in "Chuck Versus the Baby" (S4E08). Sarah is seen with a stainless SIG-Sauer P226 that she took from one of Ronny Deutsch's bodyguards in the extended version of "Chuck Versus the Goodbye" (S5E13).
In "Chuck Versus the Goodbye" (S5E13, Series Finale Part 2), Quinn's men are seen carrying Stainless SIG-Sauer P220 pistols inside the Berlin Wienerlicious.
In "Chuck Versus the Baby" (S5E08), Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski) is seen wielding the Smith & Wesson 5906 (her main sidearm of the past four seasons) during a mission in Hungary five years ago. She also seen dual-wielding 5906's in the episode. Sarah is also seen with a 5906 in a strange psychologically altering scene in "Chuck Versus the Bullet Train," in which she is in her old apartment, and has her previous sidearm of choice, the Smith & Wesson 5906. Sarah carries a 5906 as her main weapon in both "Chuck Versus Sarah," and "Chuck Versus the Goodbye" (Series Finale Part 1 & 2).
A slightly different Smith & Wesson 5906 is used by Sarah in "Chuck Versus the Bullet Train" (S5E11). While the pistol is supposed to be same one that Sarah originally used at the beginning of the series, this S&W actually has stainless accents.
In Season 5, Sarah appears to change over to a stainless slide Smith & Wesson M&P as her main sidearm instead of the 5906 which is evident by the slide profile. In "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), she draws it during the rescue mission. She also is seen with it in "Chuck Versus the Frosted Tips" (S5E03) and "Chuck Versus Bo" (S5E10).
Jane Robertson (Catherine Dent) is seen pulling a suppressed Browning Buckmark Pistol when entering the Buy More in "Chuck Versus The Business Trip" (S5E04).
In Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), a Heckler & Koch Mark 23 fitted with a suppressor is seen displayed in the office of Gertrude Verbanski (Carrie-Anne Moss). This handgun was taken away from Casey by Gertrude while on a mission in 1995 (the Mk23 was issued to USSOCOM in the 1990's). Because this weapon isn't seen fired, it is most likely an airsoft replica.
Jean-Claude's men are armed with the Heckler & Koch USP in "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01). In "Chuck Versus The Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), a USP is seen in the hands of several agents training at Verbanski Corp. One of Nicholas Quinn's gun toting flu shot minions is seen with a USP, as well as one of Quinn's men on the train in "Chuck Versus the Bullet Train" (S5E11).
Black Jericho 941 R with stainless slides are pulled by Bale (Craig Kilborn) and his security guards on Sarah and Morgan in "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01).

IMI Desert Eagle Mark I (Gold-plated)
Timur (Jack Dimich), the Russian software thug, carries a gold-plated Desert Eagle with Ivory Grips in "Chuck Versus the Hack Off" (S4E05). This is one of the same guns built for Austin Powers in Goldmember; the weapon appeared in a previous season of Chuck, but in this episode, the ivory grips were left on (unlike the previous episode where they were removed and replaced with factory black grips). Independent Studio Services, the armorers who supplied the weapons for Chuck, also supplied weapons to Goldmember.
Sarah hands Chuck Casey's Chrome Desert Eagle Mark I fitted with a matching compensator, and Leupold scope to use in "Chuck Versus the Goodbye" (Series Finale Part 2).

Kimber MCSOCOM ICQB
In "Chuck Versus The Bearded Bandit", a Kimber MCSOCOM ICQB (the precursor to the Kimber Warrior) is seen in the hands of an agent training at Verbanski Corp.
Robin Cunnings (Rebecca Romijn) carries as her personal sidearm a Ruger SR9 with a stainless slide, and black bracing in "Chuck Versus the Curse" (S5E06). It is also seen suppressed.
Carl Schneider (Jeff Fahey) is holding a suppressed nickel slide Taurus PT 24/7 pistol on Chuck and Morgan in "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02).
The Fulcrum agent, Alexander Winterborne (Mark Pellegrino), referred to as "Hector" in "Chuck Versus the Goodbye," and as "Edgar" in "Chuck Versus the Gravitron" carries a stainless Walther PPK/S in a leather shoulder holster, in "Chuck Versus The Goodbye" (Chuck Series Finale Part 2). Quinn pulls it out on Sarah on the jet flight.
In "Chuck Versus the Kept Man" (S5E09), a new weapon codename "AEGIS" is seen. The AEGIS is first presented to the team by Rocky Falcone (Marco Rodriguez), who says that the weapon is a new type of submachine gun with an extremely advanced safety system that prevents friendly fire. Later in the episode, Falcon's supplier St. Germaine (Omar Dorsey) had himself and his men armed with AEGIS guns as well. The weapon itself is a Hera Arms CPE (a shell that can be fitted to a M1911) with the stock removed and several parts added.
In "Chuck Versus the Frosted Tips" (S5E03), Casey (Adam Baldwin) contemplates whether to take his SIG or a 4" Smith & Wesson Model 500 to the shooting range. He mentions that bringing the Smith & Wesson would show that he's "rugged and reliable," whereas the SIG would be "sleek & sophisticated."
Sara pulls a Heckler & Koch MP5K submachine gun off a dead Hungarian mobster in "Chuck Versus the Baby" (S5E08). Sarah also pulls out an MP5K while infiltrating the meeting between Nicholas Quinn and Alexander Winterborne on a Fulcrum private jet in "Chuck Versus the Goodbye" (S5E13, Chuck Series Finale Part 2).
Shaw uses the M4A1 fitted with an EOTech sight, and weapon light (similar to one used by Casey in Season 4's "Chuck Versus the Aisle of Terror") after stealing it out of the armory in "Chuck Versus the Santa Suit". Chuck, Casey, and Morgan are seen with M4A1 rifles in "Chuck Versus the Bullet Train."
Several tactically outfitted AKM rifles in the armory of Carmichael Industries as seen in "Chuck Versus the Baby" (S5E08). The barrels of several AK variants are seen in St. Germaine's shed in "Chuck Versus the Kept Man" (S5E09).
In "Chuck Versus the Baby" (S5E08), Sarah is seen packing a Heckler & Koch G36C for a mission to Budapest, Hungary. G36C Assault Rifles seem to be the Carmichael Industries heavy weapon of choice, notably in "Chuck Versus Bo" (S5E10). In "Chuck Versus the Bullet Train" (S5E11), Quinn's man (Ben Browder) pulls out a G36C when confronting Lester Patel. Devon is later seen holding the rifle.
Gertrude Verbanski uses a Blaser R93 sniper rifle to cover Chuck & Sarah during a mission in "Chuck Versus The Hack Off" (S5E05). Another Blaser is used by one of St. Germaine's men sniping Verbanski's team in "Chuck Versus the Kept Man" (S5E09).
A suppressed Nemesis Arms Vanquish is used by Sarah and Casey in "Chuck Versus the Baby" (S5E08). Casey is also seen with a Vanquish in "Chuck Versus The Goodbye" (Chuck Series Finale Part 2).
Morgan (Joshua Gomez) unfolds an Remington MSR sniper rifle with a 5-round magazine and custom cheek rest in "Chuck Versus the Bullet Train" (S5E11). Casey is seen with the rifle in "Chuck Versus Sarah" (S5E12, Series Finale Part 1)
A Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun with a sawed off stock is used by a gunman who holds up a convenience store in "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit". It's later held by Chuck.
In Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02), Casey is seen carrying a 12 gauge O/U Shotgun while disguised as a hunter. He is later seen holding the shotgun inside the house.
In "Chuck Versus the Kept Man" ((S4E09), St. Germaine (Omar Dorsey) uses a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun as his weapon of choice, declaring that "shotguns have no safety".
The M134 Minigun is one of the weapons seen in the trunk of Casey's Crown Vic in "Chuck Versus the Bullet Train" (S5E11) and later is seen wielded by Lester Patel (Vik Sahay). This minigun is held in a single hand by a forward mounted pistol grip supported aft by a gauntlet similar to the way the T-600 handles the minigun in Terminator Salvation. Judging by the relative ease of the weapon being handled, this particular minigun appears to be a lightweight replica based on the refitted Garwood Industries M134G seen in Terminator Salvation and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
A pistol is seen in silhouette during the opening credits of each episode of Chuck. This pistol appears to be an amalgamation of a Beretta and a Jericho 941.
The "Trank Gun" frequently seen used by Chuck in the series is an airsoft handgun known as the Baby Hi-Capa 3.8. The airsoft pistol is customized to fire tranquilizer darts with the standard "Green Gas" rather than airsoft pellets. It is also customized with an extended barrel due to painting over the orange tip (required by US law), with metallic silver paint. A red or green laser sometimes accompanies the gun on it's bottom accessory rack. The ammunition is varied, but most commonly used are the "10mg Darts". The darts can also be stuck manually into someone to gain the same effect. It has been referred to several times that the medication in the darts is a diluted Tetradotoxin (Anhydrotetrodotoxin) solution. There is another kind of dart that has a fast-acting small dose of Ketamine. The vents on the slide indicate that it is a Type 8. Because of Chuck's distaste for real weapons, the team begins to use the trank guns much more often beginning in Season 4, especially on kidnapping missions. The trank guns are often used on unarmed/unsuspecting persons instead of more lethal weapons.
Casey uses a specialized rifle to fire rock-climbing bolts for Sarah in "Chuck Versus the Bearded Bandit" (S5E02). He refers to it as a B-21 Bolt Gun. This is the same bolt gun used in Mr. & Mrs. Smith
"Castle" was the code name for the underground CIA/NSA substation where Sarah, Casey, Chuck, and Morgan communicate with their superiors (mainly General Diane Beckman). Starting in Season 5's "Chuck Versus the Zoom" (S5E01), The Buy More and everything underneath it (namely the former "Castle") was bought by Chuck & Sarah, and is now the property of "Carmichael Industries", the freelance spy organization started by Chuck and Sarah. Sarah mentions that they now have Cruise missiles, and two private jets.
In Season 5, several weapons are displayed in the office of Gertrude Verbanski (Carrie-Anne Moss) of the Verbanski Corporation.

Casey's Crown Victoria Trunk Armory
In "Chuck Versus the Bullet Train" (S5E11), Devon and Morgan open the trunk of Casey's Crown Victoria Ltd., where they find a massive armory of weapons.
