Verona shoots Carlito with Chelios' XD. At such close range, post-production edits are used to show the gun firing as blanks are too dangerous.

Magnum Research Inc. Mark I Desert Eagle

When Chelios tries to interegate Orlando, several of the gangsters in the club draw Desert Eagles. One of these Desert Eagles is an Early Mark I in .44 Magnum, the other is a flashpaper gun. Chelios later aquires one of these Desert Eagles off of Verona's brother in the back alley-way. Since he has to fire it at such close range, the gun is a flashpaper model during that scene. Later when Chelios goes to the hospital in search of epinephran, the Desert Eagle changes to the Mark I model, which he fires several shots from before leaving it in the hospital elevator.

Chelios readies the Desert Eagle. Apparently the severed hand doesn't get in the way of him effectively using the gun.

Chelios holds the Desert Eagle to the doctor, ordering him to give him epinephran. The gun is now a chrome plated Mark I .44 Magnum.

Note how the bore diameter is far to big to be .357 Magnum. Definately a .44 Magnum.

Chelios orders the doctor to "juice" him with the defibrilator. With his finger on the trigger, his body would tense up from the shock and cause him to pull the trigger, which would cause him to shoot the doctor.

Chelios fires the Desert Eagle at the cops, the slide locking back on the first shot. In the next shot, the slide is back down.
