Scud strike

The gouverment decides to annihilate the town of Maaskantje after enduring riots. The Scud rocket however hits the village Schijndel in the vicinity of Maaskantje. A Scud strike is quite unlikely, since the military forces of the Netherlands are not equipped with Scud rockets. After the failed strike the gouverment claims it was a Belgian Scud rocket. Belgium doesn't use the Scud neither.

Nunchaku

For some reasons Gerrie brings a Nunchaku to the ad-lib after the executive producer of the movie went bankrupt.

Gun identification

Good to see that the heroes from Maaskantje made it to IMFDB, 'mogol'! I can help you with identification of the below guns.

I checked the weapons cache scene on YouTube and I noticed 4 ‘guns’ that you seem to have missed. Unfortunately, I don’t have the DVD so I can’t make screencaps and add them on IMFDB. To help you, I made screencaps from YouTube for your reference.

Again, I don't have the movie myself so I can't really work on this. Should you require assistance, contact me through my 'My Talk' page and I will be glad to help you out. Cheers,--PeeWee055 14:03, 16 November 2011 (CST)

Please give a background to this film

Please give a summary or background info, ESPECIALLY for films which are not American or well known. Despite having viewers all around the world, this is an American site, so most of us don't want to have to scrounge the internet to figure out where this film came from, who (if any) persons of note are in it (if noteworthy). For films we don't normally have access to, we're counting on the foreign IMFDB member to make their page 100% complete :) Thanks. MoviePropMaster2008 20:56, 3 January 2012 (CST)

Hi MPM2008, please find a short summary of this movie on the page. This page is actually sort of a Dutch co-production; I noticed that another Dutchie had started New Kids Turbo, I gave him some tips and I did some revisions. To my regret our cooperation has been a bit of a one-way street so far but I hope this will change in the future. By the way, it's a bit of a shame that this 'cult' movie may be many people's first impression of Dutch cinema. I am hoping to change this, with Soldier of Orange (1977), Rutger Hauer's first international role, as a start. Take care, --PeeWee055 09:28, 5 January 2012 (CST)
