Day of the Woman (also released as I Spit on Your Grave) is a controversial low-budget exploitation film. It follows a woman who exacts bloody revenge on four men who raped her after she arrived in the country to write a novel. Over the years, the film gathered a cult following, but was also received very poorly because of film's brutal depiction of rape and sexual violence. Film critic Roger Ebert famously described it as "a vile bag of garbage", as well as it being "...one of the most depressing experiences of my life".

Day of the Woman. Note that despite the poster saying that she killed five men, there were only four in the film. She also did not burn any of them.
