I'm a 21-year old guy from Adelaide, Australia. I've long had an interest in firearms, but I have no practical experience with them. I do, however, have an above-average grasp of what they are and how they work, and I'm reasonably knowledgeable when it comes to their recent history. So fear not, I'm not one of those types who thinks AKs never jam, M16s are unreliable, and the Desert Eagle is the ultimate handgun. I like to think my edits are well informed, and if I'm not sure about something, I research it. If I make a mistake, point it out (politely) and I'll thank you for it.

I have a good grasp of MediaWiki syntax, having a lot of previous experience elsewhere (on Wikia, mainly), though unfortunately I'm no good with templates (and this site is in dire need of some).

Most of my time here is spent working on computer game articles. Operation Flashpoint, for example.
