Bad Boys is the 1995 action film that marked the feature film directing debut of Michael Bay. In the film, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are Miami police detectives who find themselves protecting a murder witness from a dangerous drug lord. The detective duo would return in 2003's Bad Boys II.
The following guns were used in the film Bad Boys:
Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) uses a Smith & Wesson 4506 as his sidearm throughout the film. It changes during the movie to different versions of itself with different sights and frames.

Although Mike Lowrey normally carries a chrome-plated (not nickel, according to the documentary/making of) SIG-Sauer P226, the gun he uses to shoot Fouchet is clearly a smaller SIG P225 which also has a chrome finish (note the shorter barrel and different trigger guard shape, plus the thinner frame). It is not clear whether this is supposed to be a backup weapon, or merely a continuity error.
Mike Lowery carries a SIG-Sauer P230 as his BUG (back up gun).

Charter Arms Bulldog
Mike Lowery has a Charter Arms Bulldog pointed at him during the carjacking at the opening of the film.
Fouchet (Tchéky Karyo) uses a chrome-plated Beretta Cheetah with pearl grips throughout the film. He most notably uses this weapon to kill Max (Karen Alexander) and to shoot Eddie Dominguez (Emmanuel Xuereb) in the leg.
In an attempt to take out Julie Mott (Téa Leoni), one of Fouchet's thugs is armed with a Franchi SPAS 12 shotgun that he uses to blow a hole in the door of her apartment.
Julie Mott (Téa Leoni) is seen taking a Walther PPK/S from the gun cabinet of Det. Lowrey (Will Smith) and pulls it at Club Hell with intentions of killing Fouchet (Tchéky Karyo) there.
A gangster uses a silver finished Winchester 1300 when firing at the Ether truck. Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) later grabs one off a dead gangster and uses it in the final firefight.

Sanchez has a Calico 960A SMG, but the shot of the armorer has him holding a Calico 955A, note the longer 'intermediate' length barrel, the forearm. Both are select fire guns, but one is pistol length barrel, the other is an intermediate length barrel.
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
After the highway chase, Julie (Téa Leoni), Mike (Will Smith) and Marcus (Martin Lawrence) are seen entering a convenience store to where the store clerk (Shaun Toub) notices Mike's holstered SIG. The clerk then pulls out one of two Desert Eagles he has behind the counter on the two detectives. When the clerk gets distracted by Julie walking out of the store, Mike and Marcus pull their guns on the clerk.
Near the end of the film, a wounded Fouchet pulls a hidden COP 357 Derringer in a last-ditch attempt to kill his captors, though is foiled when Lowrey spots the light reflecting off the pistol's chrome plating and shoots Fouchet before he can use the weapon.
