Smith & Wesson 686

Calvess's revolver appears as a Smith & Wesson Model 686 in flashback sequences. This is despite the fact that Oak clearly points to a Colt King Cobra and identifies it is Calvess's gun in parts of the film.

Pocket Guns

Darnell's Machine Pistol

Darnell (Busta Rhymes) uses a submachine gun or machine pistol during the film. Due to the fact that you never see the weapon up close it is extremely hard to identify.

Judging by the pic I'd say it's an Ingram of some sort. Since this movie was done on a bare bones budget I'd say it is 9mm whatever it is.

Trunk Full of Guns

When searching the autobody chopshop, detective Tellis finds a trunk full of firearms.

Oak's Revolver

During a scene in which Oak fires four rounds to frighten two suspects, he uses this revolver instead of his Colt King Cobra. Oak then produces Calvess's Colt King Cobra and shows it to the suspects. It is not shown what happens to the revolver Oak uses during this scene. The revolver used in this scene looks very similar to the non gun revolver used in Dawn of the Dead (2004). It would make sense that the revolver is a non gun due to the close proximty of being fired near the actors heads. Both Narc and Dawn of the Dead (2004) also share the same armorer, thus making it even more likely that it is the same revolver.
