Star Model B

Mr. Blue (Robert Shaw) draws a Star Model B when commandeering the subway train from the motorman, Denny Doyle, and when approaching the wounded undercover NYPD officer. This weapon alternates between the Star and a Browning Hi-Power, seen in both scenes. (However, the shapes of the grip panels when threatening the motorman more resemble a Hi-Power than a Model B in my opinion).

The undercover NYPD officer also uses a Detective Special, drawn from an ankle holster, when he shoots at the hijackers after jumping off the train. Transit Authority Lt. Rico Patrone (Jerry Stiller) also keeps a Detective Special in a holster on his belt.
