Ambulance Michael Bay . Based on the 2005 Danish film of the same name by Laurits Munch-Petersen and Lars Andreas Pedersen, Ambulance stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as William Sharp, a war veteran, who is forced to rob a LA Federal Bank with his adoptive brother Daniel (Jake Gyllenhaal ) in order to pay for his wife's operation. During the robbery, the brothers steal an ambulance with an EMT aboard and an injured police officer they shot on board. The film's cast includes Eiza González , Keir O'Donnell , Jackson White, and Garret Dillahunt and was released in the United States on April 8, 2022
