Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017)

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is the 2017 sequel to the 1995 adventure fantasy film that starred Robin Williams. In the sequel, four high school students serving detention discover an old videogame console that contains the cartridge Jumanji. Upon activating the game, the four soon find themselves sucked into the videogame setting, and inhabiting four very different characters. The film was directed by Jake Kasdan (Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story) and stars Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan. The majority would return for the 2019 sequel Jumanji: The Next Level.
