It is taken by Milo (Taylor Negron ) and used to kill a cop in an attempt to frame Hallenback after he removes his fingerprints and leaves it at the crime scene. This gun is accurate for Hallenbeck to carry as he is an ex-U.S. Secret Service Agent and the Model 19 was the standard issue sidearm of the USSS before switching to semi automatic handguns.

Smith & Wesson Model 66 Snub Darian Hallenbeck (Danielle Harris ), Joe's (Bruce Willis ) daughter, takes a Smith & Wesson Model 66 with a 2.5" barrel out of the car glove compartment and hides it in her stuffed puppet before giving it to Joe, who uses it to shoot several armed thugs holding him up. Just like Joe's Model 19 Snub, the Model 66 Snub is fitted with Pachmyr Presentation grips.

Berettas are also the sidearm of the police in the film.
