In "The Fall" Jacob (Nico Tortorella) uses a Beretta throughout the episode.
Glock 17
Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) holds a Glock 17 in "Pilot" (S1E01). The Glock is carried by Special Agent Mike Weston (Shawn Ashmore) and other police in "The Poet's Fire" (S1E03).
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is seen in the hands of several policemen along "I Poet's Fire" (S1E03) and "The Siege"(S1E05).
SIG-Sauer P226
In "The Siege" (S1E05) Hank (Josh Segarra) uses a SIG-Sauer P226.
SIG-Sauer P228
In "Chapter Two" (S1E02) Jordan Raines (Steve Monroe) uses a SIG-Sauer P228 to threaten Claire (Natalie Zea).

Vincent uses a Smith & Wesson 645 in "Guilt" (S1E10) and "Whips & Regret" (S1E11)

What appears to be a Smith & Wesson 916A shotgun is used by Tyler (David Zayas) in "Guilt" (S1E10).

In "The Poet's Fire" (S1E03) several FBI SWAT agents are armed with M4A1 rifles. Also another police carries a M4 in "The Fall" (S1E06).
Bushmaster ACR
In the photo, the ex-militiaman Brock has the Bushmaster.
