Detective Hieronymus "Harry" Bosch (Titus Welliver) now carries what appears to be a SIG-Sauer 1911 TACOPS pistol as his service weapon. The handgun used by Det. Bosch appears to be the now discontinued SIG-Sauer 1911TR TACOPS -model (TR stands for traditional) which has a "classic" 1911-type slide profile vs. the pictured "SIG-Sauer" type slide profile which is reminiscent of the P220/P226 -series of handguns. Bosch actor Titus Welliver also confirmed on Twitter before Season 6 premiered that Bosch now carries a SIG-Sauer 1911, though he didn't specify which model.
Bosch's partner, Detective Jerry "J. Edgar" Edgar (Jamie Hector) carries the Glock 17 as his service weapon. Other LAPD officers also are armed with the Glock pistol (The Glock 22 was previously the official department issue of the LAPD). FBI agents also carry the Glock.
A Glock 18 appears to be used by officers in "Dark Strange Night" (S6E09), with at least one LAPD officer raiding the garage service shop.
