Okay, WHAT?! I looked at EVERY example given in the article and not a single one had a picture of a Remington model 31 in it... NOT ONE. There were two that had the "MGC" Replican Model 31 which looks little like a Remington 31 having only a magazine cap and trigger group ROUGLY based on the R31. It's a pity there isn't a page for Seibu Keisatsu (西部警察) here on imfdb... The Remington M31 was Keisuke Daimon's weapon of choice. The producers even made a special M31 which looks like a hybrid of it with a Mini 14 here: http://homepage2.nifty.com/mgcmc/photo/daimon111.jpg
