G36Cs are used by GCPD SWAT teams.
Heckler & Koch G36K
A Leauge of Shadows guard is seen using a G36K.
Heckler & Koch MP5K
A H&K MP5K is used by one of Carmine Falcone's thugs during the interception of the drug shipment.
M4A1 Carbine
Member's of the GCPD SWAT are armed with M4A1 rifles outside Arkham asylum.
Heckler & Koch UMP-9
GCPD SWAT officers use H&K UMP-9 submachine guns outside Arkham asylum.
Mossberg 500
A Mossberg 500 Seen in the hands of a GCPD police officer.
Winchester Model 12 "Trench"
A trench version of the Winchster Model 12 is seen in the hands of a GCPD police officer outside Arkham asylum. It is strange to see such an old pump shotgun in the hands of modern police officers.
Smith & Wesson 5906
Det. Flass (Mark Boone Junior) uses a Smith & Wesson 5906 as his sidearm throughout the film. Rachel Dawes (Katie Holmes) takes a 5906 out of a police officer's holster later in the film to hold off crazed Arkham inmates.
Smith & Wesson 5904
Det. James Gordon (Gary Oldman) uses a Smith & Wesson 5904 as his sidearm throughout the film.
Taurus 605
Bruce Wayne's (Christian Bale) snub nose revolver is a Taurus 605 .357 magnum with a stainless finish and wooden grips.

Smith & Wesson Model 10
A young Joe Chill uses a Smith & Wesson Model 10 heavy barrel to murder Bruce Wayne's (Christian Bale) parents.
Sound Suppressed Pistol
One of Ras Al Ghul's (Liam Neeson) men disguised as a police officer uses a sound suppressed pistol to kill the Gotham District Attorney from behind for witnessing their secret weapon. The gun is seen from only one angle and is too hard to indentify.

Remington Model 1904
When Batman stops the drug trafficing at the docks, Falcone checks the chamber of his Remington Model 1904 12 gauge side-by-side shotgun. It is identified as a 1904 based on its curved reciever and location of the three pins on the side.
SIG-Sauer P226
One of Jonathan Crane's (Cillian Murphy) thugs is armed with a SIG-Sauer P226 pistol.
Micro-Uzi
One of Crane's thugs is armed with a Micro-Uzi 9mm.
Mini-Uzi
One of Crane's thugs is armed with a Mini-Uzi. When Batman pulls him into the air, he fires it wildly.
