== Question about Cartridge Conversions? ==
I have seen examples of original Colt Model 1855's in .38 Colt, presumably converted from .36 caliber rifles, and conversions to .44 Rimfire, likely from .44 caliber rifles. Now i was wondering if a .44 caliber rifle could be converted to .45 Colt using a 5-round cylinder, or if a .56 caliber rifle could be converted to .50 Rimfire (Spencer)?
Additionally, could a Colt Revolving Shotgun be converted to fire 10 or 12 Gauge Shotshell Cartridges? [[User:Z008MJ|Z008MJ]] ([[User talk:Z008MJ|talk]]) 10:08, 21 March 2014 (EDT)
