Handguns
SIG-Sauer P229
FBI Special Agent Paul Ballard (Tahmoh Penikett) carries a SIG-Sauer P229 as his sidearm in throughout the first season.
Glock 17
Boyd Langton (Harry Lennix) uses a Glock 17 as his sidearm in "Ghost" (S01E01).
SIG-Sauer P226
Gabriel Crestejo's (Kurt Cacere) bodyguard has a holstered SIG-Sauer P226 in "Ghost" (S01E01). A SIG-Sauer P226 is used by a member of the Borodin family to try and kill Agent Paul Ballard (Tahmoh Penikett) when he gets caught in an ambush. The pistol was previously a non-gun.
Smith & Wesson Model 66
Boyd (Harry Lennix) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 66 revolver, unlike the rest of the Dollhouse security who all carry the SIG.
Beretta 92FS
One of the kidnappers, Mr. Sunshine (Vincent Laresca) uses a Beretta 92FS in "Ghost" (S01E01).
Beretta Inox
Sierra (Dichen Lachman) is also armed with a Beretta Inox in her right hand when she breaches the safehouse in episode 1.
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
One of the kidnappers uses a Desert Eagle in "Ghost" (S01E01).
M1911
One of the kidnappers, Matt (Brett Claywell), is armed with an M1911A1 in "Ghost" (S01E01).
Smith & Wesson 5904
A hitman (Rich McDonald) disguised as a park ranger uses a suppressed Smith & Wesson 5904 with Novak sights in "Target" (S01E02). Boyd Langton (Harry Lennix) later disarms him, and gives the weapon to Echo (Eliza Dushku).
Walther PPK/S
Echo (Eliza Dushku) and The Fan (Graham Norris) both use a stainless Walther PPK/S in "Stage Fright"
Shotguns
Remington 1100
Sierra (Dichen Lachman) is armed with a sawed-off Remington 1100 when she breaches the safehouse in episode 1.
Submachineguns
MP5
The MP5 is a very common firearm for Dollhouse security staff to be seen wielding. The Dollhouse Tactical Team all appear to carry MP5s. Laurence Dominic (Reed Diamond) can be seen with one in the second Episode of Season 1 "The Target"
Rifles
Remington 700
Boyd Langton (Harry Lennix) uses a suppressed Remington 700 during the hostage exchange in episode 1.
Unknown Sniper Rifle
The Fan (Graham Norris) uses an unknown sniper rifle that he disassembled and hid in crutches to try and kill Rayna Russell. The rifle is bolt action but editing makes it semi-automatic
Colt M4A1
The dollhouse mercenaries used M4A1 Carbines during Echo's (Eliza Dushku) rescue operation in episode 1.
AK-47
Two fanatics were using Norinco Type 56-1 (under-folding stock variant)or AKMs.
