The following firearms can be seen in the anime series Gankutusou: The Count of Monte Cristo:
Handguns

Smith & Wesson Model 586
Two Smith & Wesson Model 586 revolvers are seen in the series. The first is seen in the background of an episode title screen, and features a ribbed barrel. Giovanni Bertuccio later uses his own Model 586, this one lacking a rib. Both possess approximately 3 inch barrels.
Luger P08
Général Fernand de Morcerf possesses a Luger P08 which has been gold plated in a show of decadence.
Colt SAA
Gérard Villefort also owns a Colt SAA revolver.
Colt 1908 Vest Pocket Pistol
Near the end of the series, the Count of Monte Cristo uses a Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket that has had both the safety and the trigger guard removed.
Walther PPK
Just as Général Morcerf possesses a gold-plated pistol as a sign of his substantial wealth and power, so does Baron Danglars, who wields a gold Walther PPK near the series's finale.
Other Firearms
Bolt-Action Shotgun
Albert and Général Fernand de Morcerf are seen shooting clays using bolt-action shotguns. This seems to be an odd choice of weapon, as the weapon is apparently rifled for slugs.
Mauser Gewehr 1898
A number of Mauser Gewehr 1898 rifles can be seen hanging on the wall in the shooting range at the Morcerf Estate.
Expy Rifle
The soldiers under Général Morcerf's command are seen holding infantry rifles with affixed bayonets. These rifles are not drawn clearly enough to identify, and are likely meant to be copies of the various rifles used by the French military during the 19th century.
