The Colt
A very important piece of the show is the Colt. I believe this is a Colt Patterson that has been converted to uses cartridges. Someone who knows old western guns better than me should check this.  (If I remember the episode correctly, THE COLT was made the same night as the final fall of the Alamo March 6, 1836.  The Patterson was in production from 1836-1847.  Not that this helps much. -- TAG)

Colt 1911A1 Dean Winchester uses a highly engraved Coly 1911A1 as his weapon of choice. It has pearl grips on it. This is one of his father's guns.

Taurus PT-99 Dean Winchester's sidearm is the stainless steel Taurus PT-99 9mm. It too has pearl grips and was Dean's sidearm in the first season but has become Sammy's gun.

Ithaca 37 Sam Winchester carries a sawed off pump shotgun that appears to be an Ithaca 37 12 gauge.
