Saints Row 2 is the second game in the Saints Row series and is slated for release on 14 October 2008. In the game you now have the possibility of dual-wielding weapons and using human shields. Please note that any material, until otherwise, is based on things seen in game trailers and content from the SR2 website.

Defibrilator Paddles

  • Emergency room tool used as weapon in SR2

Sledgehammer

  • 20 pound sledge used as melee weapon in SR2.

Improvised Weapons

  • TV's, newsstands, mailboxes, milk crates, oxygen tanks, garbage cans etc.

Taser

  • Used by police and Ultor guards in-game as the "Stun Gun".

USAS-12 Automatic shotgun

  • Appears as the "AS14 Hammer". Used by Gangs

Colt M4A1 Carbine

  • Appears again as the "AR-40 Xtnd". Used by Ultor Corporation and SWAT.

This is not the M4A1, as it has a smaller muzzle. The rifle is, in fact, an AR-15/SP1 modified to look like an XM177 and converted to full-auto.

It's a game, not a movie or TV show. The artists who work on the game don't always make accurate in-game models. I would need to see a picture to tell you for sure what the artists used as their reference. But I imagine most artists simply take photos off whatever sites they find and use those as references. When I used to do CS skins, that's what I always did.

Glock 22

  • Appears again as "NR4". Used by Police. Has good stopping power and accuracy.

Colt Anaconda
