Extreme Justice is a 1993 action film starring Lou Diamond Phillips as a detective who gets recruited by his former partner (Scott Glenn) into an ultra secretive unit within the LAPD known as SIS, or Special Investigation Section.
The following weapons were used in the film Extreme Justice:
Det. Jeff Powers (Lou Diamond Phillips) carries a Taurus PT92 as his sidearm in the film. Det. Larson is also seen using one as well as a suspect holding a woman hostage.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is used by several SIS officers including Detectives Cusack (William Lucking), Angel (Andrew Divoff) and Larson (Yaphet Kotto). A teenage suspect is also seen holding a toy version of the Beretta.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
A Smith & Wesson Model 36 is seen carried by Vaughn in an ankle holster. A rape suspect is also seen using one while shooting it out with the SIS detectives.
Smith & Wesson Model 642 Centennial
The getaway driver is seen attempting to pull a Smith & Wesson Model 642 Centennial from a glove compartment. Det. Larson is later seen placing it in the driver's hands.
Smith & Wesson Model 629 Snub
In addition to the Desert Eagle he carries in a shoulder holster, Vaughn also carries a Smith & Wesson Model 629 Snub in a hip holster.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
A Smith & Wesson Model 686 .357 Magnum revolver is the main sidearm of Det. Larson (Yaphet Kotto). He is seen sometimes dual-wielding this revolver along with a Beretta 92FS.
