Not sure about the main movie weapon but it seems to be an M4 carbine with M203 launcher but surrounded by two overhead shotguns? and two SMGs? mounted on both sides. If anyone has seen this movie, Please provide more information about this weapon.
Not sure about the main movie weapon but it seems to be an Colt Commando carbine with M203 launcher mock-up surrounded by two overhead 12 gauge shotgun barrels and two Sterling SMG barrels mounted on the sides.
 
(note: the M4 wasn't around in 1987.  Colt Engineers started the M4 project in 1988 and the weapon wasn't formally adopted (and given an "M" designation) until 1994.  ([[UserID#MoviePropMaster2008|MoviePropMaster2008]])
