The Following firearms appear in The Suffering
S&W Model 28 style revolver
Known in game simply as the revolver, this firearm is the sidearm of the C.O.'s of Carnate Island.
M1921 Thompson
Found all over Carnate Island.
Sawed off Shotgun
-It's actually a Remington 870 SHORTY!-Sawyer
-actually, it looks like a mossberg 500 sawn off
M1 Garand
The "Marksmen" creatures have M1 Garands fused into their bodies.
Browning M2HB
The Prison Warden Hargrave uses a Browning M2HB to execute two inmates and to try and kill Torque and Dallas.
Flashbang
Flashbangs are found throughout the prison.
