Closeup of Rousseau's Beretta 84FS "Cheetah" when she draws it to fend off the face huggers. Based on her grip and her close following of the 3rd rule of gun safety, it can be assumed she knows how to use a firearm.

Rousseau only manages to fire off one shot with her Beretta 84FS "Cheetah" before she is latched onto by a face hugger.

IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII

The Weyland mercenaries use IMI Desert Eagle Mark VIIs fitted with Laser Devices BA-2 laser in green (which it was never commercially produced) laser sights as their sidearms, determined to be chambered in .44 Magnum based on their muzzle diameters. This weapon is most notably seen when Alexa Woods (Sanaa Lathan) uses it to kill Sebastian (Raoul Bova) after he is impregnated by a facehugger.
