The following weapons can be seen in the 1932 film Scarface:

Colt 1921 Thompson
Tony Camonte (Paul Muni) uses a Colt 1921 Thompson during the latter half of the film, which Guino (George Raft) had stolen from one of Gaffney's (Boris Karloff) assassins.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
Tony Camonte (Paul Muni) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 10 (then under the nomenclature of a Smith & Wesson M&P) to shoot his friend Guino (George Raft). Tony also uses one to shoot Big Louie during the film's opening scene.
Colt Model 1903 Hammerless
Tony's sister Cesca (Ann Dvorak) holds him at gunpoint with a Colt Model 1903 Hammerless.
unidentified revolver
Inspector Ben Guarino (C. Henry Gordon) carries a revolver with a lanyard ring. The revolver that Poppy (Karen Morley) loads and tosses to Tony inside the social club also has a lanyard ring.
Tony's arsenal
Inside Tony's bedroom, behind a hidden wall, is a small arsenal of firearms which he and Cesca run to during the final shootout with police.
The weapons have been identified (with the help of Phoenixent) as:
