Heckler & Koch never made the P7-series in stainless-steel (at least not commercially). The pistol is more likely conventional carbon steel with in matte nickel or hardchrome finish. Heckler & Koch was known to offer the P7 in a "shiny" finish.

Mossberg 590

There are two separate appearances of Mossberg 590 shotguns in the film. The first is on the oil rig where Harry Stamper (Bruce Willis) is chasing A.J. Frost (Ben Affleck) after catching him sleeping with his daughter Grace Stamper (Liv Tyler), firing several rounds at him before hitting him in the ankle with a grazing shot. The second appearance is a Mariner model being wielded by FBI agents at a roadblock while trying to catch Jayotis "Bear" Kurleenbear (Michael Clarke Duncan).

M61 Vulcan

In addition to drilling equipment, the Armadillo vehicles used on the asteroid are also armed with M61 Vulcans. Following the crash of the Independence shuttle on the asteroid, A.J. Frost (Ben Affleck) uses the Vulcan cannon on his shuttle's Armadillo to shoot apart the fuselage of the crashed shuttle enough to ram through it. Later in the film, Rockhound (Steve Buscemi), under the effects of space dementia, gets ahold of a remote control for one of these weapons and begins to open fire, nearly hitting several of the protagonists before being tackled and disarmed by Harry.

Heckler & Koch P7M13

At one point in the film, an arguement erupts between Harry and Colonel William Sharp (William Fichtner) as to the progress (or lack thereof) being made in the drilling operation. The arguement takes a dangerous turn when Harry grabs a large wrench and threatens to hit the Colonel, but is stopped in his tracks when Colonel Sharp pulls a stainless steel Heckler & Koch P7M13 on him. The ensuing standoff is ended when NASA remotely activates the nuclear bomb in the shuttle's cargo bay, distracting Colonel Sharp long enough for Harry to disarm him, the weapon is then picked up by Charles 'Chick' Chapple (Will Patton).
