The muzzle attachment is probably a adapter allowing the stock length gas system to cycle blanks. Above the gas tube is a standard rail similar to the UltiMAK, and a unknown sighting system. The drum is a 20 round "Wraithmaker" known for being unreliable in most Saiga 12s and based on the antiquated and failed Chauchat drum design of WW1. Foward grip apears stock.

Kable dodges gunfire with a G36C and M203 in hand.

Firing the M203 probably will be uncomfortable since these two weapons were never designed to work together. why couldn't they just use a AG36 grenade launcher which was designed to attach to the G36 family

Most likely because the guy who thought of the idea played COD4 and had the 203 for his G36C Excalibur01 19:03, 27 July 2009 (UTC)

AKS74U

Kable uses a modified Saiga-12 shotgun with drum magazine. Shotgun is in a pistol-grip-only (PGO) form with what apears to be a aproximatly 8 inch barrel with a muzzle attachment.

How you mistake a 12gauge, .729" hole for an AK74SU is beyond me. Another View of this weapon can be found here:
