Peninsula (Korean title: 반도, Bando; marketed internationally as Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula, Train to Busan 2 or Train 2 Busan: Peninsula: The Sequel) is a 2020 action-horror movie directed by Yeon Sang-ho and a standalone sequel to 2016's Train to Busan. The film follows Jung-seok (Gang Dong-won), a former ROKMC officer living in Hong Kong four years after the zombie outbreak in the previous movie was isolated to the Korean Peninsula by a NATO quarantine. Jung-seok and his brother-in-law Chul-min are approached with an offer from the local triads to retrieve a truck containing 20 million US dollars from the abandoned Korea and is promised half of the money, but as the mission goes wrong, the two are left behind in the zombie-infested and bandit-run former nation and must survive.
