Serious Sam 4 (2020)

The following weapons appear in the video game Serious Sam 4:

Handgun

Desert Eagle Mark XIX

The Desert Eagle Mark XIX appears as the "SOP38 Pistol". It incorrectly holds 10 rounds in the magazine and can be dual wielded after learning the necessary skill. This pistol is pretty useful even in the later parts too because the game throws a lot of weak trashmobs at Sam at later levels.

The game claims that it uses .45 ACP rounds but these look more like .44 Magnum.

Shotguns

Mossberg 590

The Mossberg 590 with wooden furniture and pistol grip appears as the "Single Shotgun". Unlike the pump shotgun in BFE, this one no longer needs to be reloaded only pumped after each shot.

Origin-12

The Fostech Origin-12 appears as the "Autoshotgun". It is classified as a heavy weapon and does not share ammo with the other two shotguns.

Sam wields an Origin-12 - note drum magazine sits higher up and the shotgun lacks its magwell. As the mag gets low on ammo, the shells disappear from it. That is some Modern Warfare level attention to detail.

Sam re-acquires the Autoshotgun - the game strips away all his weapons twice (!).

SMGs and Rifles

M1928AC Thompson

The M1928AC appears as a pre-order bonus skin for the M29 Assault Rifle.

Mk 18 Mod 1

A Mk 18 Mod 1 appears in the game as the "M29 Assault Rifle." It uses the same shared asset model from Virtual Warfighter and earlier versions of H3VR. It comes with 80-round magazines.

Dual wielding 2 Barretts because why the hell not? The one on the left is just a mirrored copy of the other one. Part of the ejection port on it should be visible as we can see the start of the mag well. Many other weapons suffer from this when dual wielded.

See? They obviously have the right side fully modeled as well.

General Brand with the M107. When he uses it earlier in this cutscene, a bolt cycling sound can be heard after each shot.

Machine Guns

Hand Held M134 Minigun

The Hand Held M134 Minigun, a Serious Sam staple, is present, referred to as the "XM214-A Minigun."

Others

GP-25

The GP-25 is an unlockable attachment for the Mossberg 590, because it is 2020 and the new Serious Sam game has to have weapon mods, side quests and a skill tree.

Sam pumping the Mossberg gives a good look of the low-detail GP-25 launcher. This shotgun + grenade launcher combo may seem crazy, but it is nothing compared to the black hole grenades or the gun that shoots heat-seeking high explosive chainsaws.

Sam reloads the GP-25 which is correctly depicted to use caseless grenades. An impressive 75 grenades can be carried for it.
