What is up with this guys face?

Ok...what is on the left side of this dudes face? It doesn't look like a wound due to the fact it looks like its coming OUT of the skin...Uwe Boll has a weird effects artist User:SeanWolf

The character was bit on the cheek by a zombie, so during the battle, he knows that he's going to be toast eventually. The bandage is white early on but it gets soaked in blood by the end of the movie. So that's a blood soaked LARGE bandage taped onto his cheek. :)
Ah..i always wondered what that was (someone told me it was a growth)...but who cares anyway?
I think he got sprayed by zombie goo acid rather than bitten.

Uwe Boll is terrible at what he does. I have to give it to the actors, they're not the best around, but they definitely made the best of a bad situation, i.e. having to work in a film by this hack. -Anonymous
