The Colt M4A1 is used by NYPD Emergency Services Unit officers in “Casus Belli” (S6E05). After taking one ESU Officer hostage, Quinn captures all of his weapons and equipment; the ESU officer-in-command advises Carrie that in addition to a Glock 17, Quinn acquired an “M4 auto rifle with 180 rounds.” The M4 is also carried by US troops in a video seen in "The Flag House" (S6E10). US troops guarding the President in New York are also seen armed with the carbine in "America First" (S6E12).
