She uses it. She fires it a couple times as the facehugger attacks her, though she doesn't hit anything.

Desert Eagle

The Weyland mercenaries use Desert Eagles fitted with lime green laser sights as their sidearms. This weapon is most notably seen when Alexa Woods (Sanaa Lathan) uses it to kill Sebastian (Raoul Bova) after he is impregnated by a facehugger.

It should be noted, that the same Desert Eagle in the lower picture is seen as having been fired ten times; this is only possible with the .357 model. He's right, look at the bore size, way too small to be anything but .357

Heckler & Koch G36C

Most of the Weyland mercenaries use Heckler & Koch G36Cs that have been fitted with regular G36E carrying handles, Most likely Surefire tactical lights, and like the Desert Eagles, they too are fitted with lime green laser sights.
