The Thunder is a prototype breech-loaded single-shot .50 BMG handgun by Triple Action, LLC of Utah. One example made by designer Janos Lakatos was shown at the 2004 SHOT show, where Triple Action looked for manufacturers for production. They did not find any, and Triple Action eventually shut down.
