The Widow is a 2019 Amazon Prime web series that stars Kate Beckinsale as Georgia Wells, a young wife who is recovering from the loss of her husband, who was presumed killed in a plane crash. When evidence is uncovered that he may be alive, she then travels to Africa in order to find the truth. The series premiered on March 1, 2019 on the Amazon Prime service.
The following weapons were used in the television series The Widow:
Norinco Type 56-1
Georgia Wells (Kate Beckinsale) is given a Norinco Type 56-1 in "Violet" (S1E04). She then uses the rifle in several episodes.

Some of the rebels are armed with Norinco Type 56 rifles with under-folding bayonets.

AKMS rifles are commonly used.

AKM rifles are occasionally seen in the hands of some rebels.
