Ready Player One is the 2018 feature film adaptation of the Ernest Cline novel of the same name. Directed by Steven Spielberg, the film follows Wade Watts (Tye Sheridan), a young gamer living in the year 2045 who is intent on finding the secret Easter Egg hidden in a worldwide virtual reality environment known as the "Oasis".
