Aleksey Batalov (1928-2017) in The Cranes are Flying (1957).

Aleksey Vladimirovich Batalov (Алексей Баталов) was a well known Soviet and Russian film actor and director. In 1976 he was awarded the title of People's Artist of USSR. He also got numerous cinema awards.
