| '''''Lethal Weapon''''' is the 2016 television adaptation of the [[:Category:Lethal Weapon|popular action film series of the same name]] that starred [[Mel Gibson]] and [[Danny Glover]]. In the series, [[Damon Wayans]] stars as Detective Roger Murtaugh, a family man recently returning to the force after suffering a heart attack and who now finds himself partnered with fellow Detective Martin Riggs ([[Clayne Crawford]]), a former Navy SEAL who recently lost his pregnant wife to an accident and now appears to have a death wish. The series premiered in the US on FOX in September of 2016.
