In "Just Decisions" (S1E06), the Beretta 92FS is seen used by an Islamist terrorist when he opens fire on a civilian and a Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz agent. Hector uses a 92FS taken from an apartment dead drop in the middle of "Proof of Life".
FEG PA-63
The FEG PA-63 is seen in the apartment of Chinese defector Houjin Lee (Michael Paul Chan) when CIA agent Daniel Miller (Richard Armitage) shows it to him in the middle of "Just Decisions" (S1E06).

The SIG-Sauer P226 is used by CIA agent and US Embassy Assistant Cultural Attache Hector DeJean (Rhys Ifans) while practicing firing it in "Unter Druck" (S1E05), using it as his main sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P228
The SIG-Sauer P228 is used by Daniel when he goes with Hector on an unsanctioned black op to rescue Claire at the end of "Proof of Life".

A Heckler & Koch MP5K is found stashed in an apartment dead drop in the middle of "Proof of Life".

What appear to be AKS-47 rifles are used by Russian troops in Chechnya in a flashback sequence in "By Way of Deception".
