Paul (2011)

Paul is a 2011 British-American sci-fi comedy film directed by Greg Mottola (Superbad) and stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost as two British geeks who decide to go on a roadtrip through the US on their way to the San Diego International Comic-Con and bump into a real alien (named Paul and voiced by Seth Rogen), who is being chased by government agents. Together they decide to go on the run and try to get Paul home. The film includes numerous references to other classic sci-fi films.

The following weapons were used in the film Paul:

SIG Pro SP 2009

Special Agent Lorenzo Zoil (Jason Bateman) carries a SIG Pro SP 2009 as his sidearm throughout the film. He most notably wields it during the raid on Tara Walton's house.

As Zoil reloads, it appears that he inserts a magazine loaded with live ammo. After he inserts the mag, we never see him release the slide- and he doesn't fire the gun in that scene again. So it can be assumed- though unlikely- that he did in fact have live rounds.
