The following guns were used in the film Reservoir Dogs

Smith & Wesson 5946

The robbery crew were all armed with Smith & Wesson 5946 9mm automatics, with the defining characteristics being the aggressive trigger guard, large tactical sights and high magazine capacity (as illustrated by Mr. Orange (Tim Roth) as he blasts Mr. Blonde (Michael Madsen) while torturing the cop).

Beretta Jetfire .25 ACP

Mr.Orange, played by Tim Roth, packs 2 pistols while getting ready to meet Eddie (Chris Penn) and Mr. White (Harvey Keitel) for a meeting with Joe (Lawrence Tierney). The automatic he holsters on his ankle is a Beretta Jetfire. This pistol comes in .22 short, .22 LR and .25 ACP. I believe the model he had was a .25 ACP. The other is a snubby revolver, which I will cover later.
