M1 Garand

  • Used by Roy Scheider as Chief Brody at the end of the film
  • Used by various coast guard personnel, seen when the two boys with the fake shark fin look up and are surrounded by armed men pointing rifles at them.


Smith & Wesson Model 15

  • Service revolver carried by Chief Brody.

Martini Henry

  • The speargun used by Robert Shaw as Quint is based upon a Martini Henry action
