Golden River (Zolotaya rechka) is a Soviet 1976 adventure movie directed by Venyamin Dorman. It is the second part of the dilogy, started by The Lost Expedition (Propavshaya ekspeditsiya) (1975). The story is set in 1922. Kumanin, survived member of the first geological expedition, returns to the gold-rich Siberian river Ardybash. While Russian civil war is over, the region is plagued with various gangs, and Kumanin meets some of his old foes.

Nagant M1895 revolvers are widely used throughout the movie, notably hold by Aleksey Kumanin (Boris Smorchkov), Chief of local Ugolovny Rozysk (criminal police) Fedyakin (Sergey Sazontyev), gang chieftan Yefim Subbota (Viktor Sergachyov), now known as "Seriy" (The Gray), and his henchman, former White Army officer Gubenko (Vladimir Smirnov). The Nagants are of anachronistic post-1930 version.
